Goals

• Feed my soul....every day! ....by devoting at least a little time each day to meditation and reading.
• Eat more locally grown veggies.
• Pay equal attention to mind, body and spirit.
• Be more compassionate to others.
• Quit drinking caffeinated beverages.
• Be less tolerant of suffering in others lives, AND my own.
